Do you want to get moving, keep active and have a high-energy workout? Fit Tennis is our secret weapon when it comes to maintaining movement in our busy schedules. Whether you’re an experienced player who likes to keep fit or you’ve never had a tennis lesson, our Fit Tennis lessons are can be tailored to a range of experience and fitness levels.

This type of lesson is the perfect way for you, along with your friends, family and colleagues to get up and moving together.

If you’d like to be part of a group, but don’t have anyone in mind to join you, just let us know and we’ll help you join a group that will suit your fitness level and location. Otherwise, we’d be happy to arrange a private lesson tailored to your fitness goals.

Each lesson will vary, but you can expect your lesson to include:

  • Activities that maintain your heart rate at an optimal high-intensity

  • Tennis drills designed to work your cardiovascular system

  • Agility exercises

  • Satisfying calorie burning!
